Job summary

Fresenius Biopharma seeks a Director Global HRBP to partner with senior leaders and shape the global Biopharma HR agenda. You will collaborate with international commercial organizations outside the United States and work closely with Group HR to align business priorities with HR strategy.

Reporting to the Biopharma HR Leadership Team, you will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and HR programmes across a fast-growing business while ensuring collaboration with local HR teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a global matrix organization with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting international commercial organizations; pharma/biotech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on HR questions including organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, performance and engagement initiatives.
• Shape organizational design and workforce planning to enable business growth.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and cross-country HR initiatives.
• Drive Biopharma HR roadmap and coordinate with Group HR leadership and Centers of Expertise.
• Lead implementation of Group-wide HR programmes across Biopharma.
• Collaborate with local HR organizations to ensure consistent delivery of the people agenda.

As Director Global HRBP Biopharma, you will help ensure our organization, leadership and talent capabilities keep pace with business growth. You will partner with the leaders of Biopharma’s commercial organizations outside the United States, with potential scope to support additional business areas. Alongside these HR business partnering responsibilities, you will help shape and coordinate the global Biopharma HR agenda, connecting business priorities with Fresenius Kabi’s global HR organization.

Reporting to the Vice President HR Biopharma, you will be a member of the Biopharma HR Leadership Team and work closely with the Vice President across the full Biopharma HR agenda.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on all HR related questions in particular on organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, performance, talent acquisition, engagement initiatives, integration and upscale of our business
• Shape organizational design and workforce planning to build teams and capabilities needed for business growth
• Support the integration of acquired businesses and teams
• Shape and drive the Biopharma HR roadmap, represent business priorities in dialogue with Group HR leadership and Centers of Expertise
• Lead the implementation of Group-wide HR programmes across Biopharma
• Work closely together and collaborate with local HR organizations
• Build and continuously improve HR structures, processes and ways of working that enable consistent delivery of the people agenda in a fast-growing business

Your qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a global matrix organization, including partnering with senior leaders and executives
• Proven experience supporting international commercial organizations; experience with technical operations organizations would be an advantage
• Strong change management expertise and experience translating business priorities into an HR roadmap across multiple countries
• Broad HR expertise across disciplines such as organizational design, talent management and reward, combined with the ability to bring structure, set priorities and drive execution
• Fluency in English, clear communication and the confidence to challenge constructively, combined with sound judgment, discretion and a calm, collaborative, reliable approach
• Qualifications or experience in project management or agile ways of working, such as Scrum, or certification as a professional coach would be beneficial
• Experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences or another regulated industry
