We are looking for a Digital Training Expert (x|f|m) for the Training BPS department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training courses / programs and for providing an efficient and effective support service to the local Learning and Development / Training team. You will oversee the administration of a dedicated training portfolio including event management, participant communication, material production and billing. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time.

• Design and develop engaging learning resources and content, collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and attractiveness
• Assist SMEs in identifying and co-creating relevant content, managing the content life cycle, and eliminating repetitions
• Advise and support learning initiatives with expertise in training settings and formats
• Review, maintain, and archive content across various formats
• Support the development and review of resources, formats, and channels
• Implement a template-based approach and train-the-trainer lessons
• Manage internal and external platforms like SharePoints and websites
• Engage with internal teams through networking and marketing activities
• Provide support during events and manage employee data
• Research new learning methods and trends, and produce digital learning content
