hellomed ищет опытного DevOps/Platform Engineer для построения и эксплуатации безопасной, надежной инфраструктуры на DigitalOcean и улучшения инструментов разработки и рабочих процессов поставки.

Кандидат будет администрировать OpenTofu/Terraform, Docker‑основанные процессы, инфраструктуру стека, мониторинг и бэкапы, а также участвовать в PHP/Laravel бэкенде, когда потребуется. Гибридный график с офисом в Kreuzberg, Берлин.

Formación

• Опыт старшего уровня в создании и эксплуатации производственной инфраструктуры.

Responsabilidades

• Администрирование и эксплуатация инфраструктуры DigitalOcean с использованием OpenTofu/Terraform.
• Администрирование безопасных staging и production окружений.
• Создание и поддержка Docker‑основанных рабочих процессов разработки и развёртывания.
• Улучшение CI/CD пайплайнов, безопасности развёртываний и опыта разработчиков.
• Реализация подходов к секретам, доступу, бэкапам, мониторингу и ведению учёта инфраструктуры.

With our innovative hellomedOS software, we ease the daily medication work of care staff and make it even safer for their patients. hellomed is looking for an experienced, hands‑on DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and operate secure, reliable infrastructure on DigitalOcean while improving our developers’ tools and delivery workflows.

• Administer and operate DigitalOcean infrastructure with OpenTofu / Terraform.
• Administer secure staging and production environments.
• Build, administer and maintain Docker‑based development and deployment workflows.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment security and developer experience.
• Implement pragmatic approaches to secrets, access, backups, monitoring and infrastructure state.
• Reduce manual operational tasks so that changes are traceable, reviewable, reproducible and auditable.
• Work independently while documenting decisions and training developers, so knowledge and good operational practices are shared across the team.
• Assess operational needs as the platform grows, including whether formal incident response or on‑call practices are needed.
• Contribute to the PHP/Laravel backend, where experience and role allocation allow.

• Extensive senior‑level experience building and operating production infrastructure.
• Strong practical knowledge of OpenTofu or Terraform.
• Comprehensive experience with Docker and container‑based development and deployment.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud networking, access control, secrets management, backups and observability.
• Ability to work independently, make pragmatic technical decisions and explain them clearly.
• A security‑conscious approach appropriate for systems containing sensitive health data.
• Clear documentation skills and a desire to empower the team rather than become a knowledge bottleneck.

• PHP and Laravel development — explicitly welcome, especially for candidates interested in a full‑time position;
• Experience with DigitalOcean or comparable cloud platforms;
• Ansible or similar configuration management tools;
• SOPS, age or comparable secrets management workflows;
• Experience with developer tooling and internal platform support for a growing engineering team
