Qualifications

• Высшее образование в IT или эквивалентная квалификация.
• Несколько лет практического опыта эксплуатации и администрирования Linux.
• Понимание современных веб-, приложенческих и баз данных серверов и их совместной работы.
• Практический опыт администрирования и эксплуатации баз данных.
• Знание сетевых технологий TCP/IP, коммутации и маршрутизации, опыт работы с фаерволами и балансировщиками нагрузки.
• Опыт автоматизации в ИТ и инфраструктурных средах.
• Уверенное владение скриптовыми языками, в частности Python и Bash.
• Структурированный подход к работе, ориентированность на решение задач, комфорт в сложных технических условиях.

Together with the DevOps team, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of the 24/7 infrastructure and continuously develop systems, processes, and platforms. You operate and optimize Linux-based infrastructure. You think in terms of automation: recurring tasks belong in code, not on a to-do list. You continuously develop DevOps processes, toolchains, and operating standards. You evaluate new technologies and introduce them where they create real value. You advise teams on technical decisions related to architecture, feasibility, performance, and security. You independently take ownership of incidents, analyze their causes, and implement sustainable solutions to ensure problems do not occur twice. You support employees with technical issues related to their work environment and ensure a reliable workplace.

Требования:

A completed degree in IT or a comparable technical qualification. Several years of practical experience operating and administering Linux systems. A good understanding of modern web, application, and database servers and how they work together. Practical experience administering and operating databases. Solid knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, switching, and routing, as well as experience with firewalls and load balancers. Experience with automation in IT and infrastructure environments. Confident use of scripting languages, particularly Python and Bash. You work in a structured way, think in a solution-oriented manner, and feel comfortable in complex technical environments.
