Competenze

• 3–5 лет опыта в DevOps, SecDevOps, cloud или платформенной инженерии.
• Знания GitLab CI/CD (SAST, DAST, IaC).
• Практический опыт в cloud-безопасности, контейнерных технологиях (Docker) и подходах Secure-by-Design.
• Опыт построения логирования, трассировки и alerting; резервное копирование и DR.
• Понимание REST API и современных бэкенд-архитектур.
• Опыт работы в регулируемой среде: MDR, ISO 27001, GDPR будет преимуществом.

We develop digital solutions with the potential to fundamentally improve mental health care. We are looking for you to join us immediately as a DevOps Engineer / Medical Device (m/f/d), full-time!

Задачи

In our team, you take responsibility for secure, reliable and traceable development and operating processes and actively advance them for use in a regulated medical device. You are an integral part of our development team and support the implementation of a secure SDLC. Your focus is on automated, reproducible deployment of our software, taking IT security and compliance into account. Cloud & Infrastructure as Code: You configure, automate and operate our secure cloud infrastructure using OpenTofu or Terraform. CI/CD & Automation: You take ownership of our GitLab CI/CD pipelines, optimize release cycles and support version and configuration management. SecDevOps & Security Management: You establish automated security checks (SBOM, dependency scanning, vulnerability management), implement roles and permissions concepts (IAM) and actively contribute to security reviews, risk assessments and incident response processes. Observability & Platform Operations: You implement and maintain solutions for logging, monitoring and alerting to continuously monitor system health and performance. Resilience & Backup: You design, test and maintain well-conceived backup, restore and disaster recovery strategies. Regulatory Compliance: You translate quality and security requirements (MDR, ISO 27001, GDPR) into reproducible engineering practices and create the necessary technical documentation.

Требования

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, SecDevOps, cloud or platform engineering. Infrastructure & Automation: Sound knowledge of GitLab CI/CD (SAST, DAST, IaC). Security & Cloud: Practical experience in cloud security, container technologies (Docker) and container security; understanding of Secure-by-Design principles. Operations & Observability: Experience building logging, tracing and alerting systems, as well as a solid understanding of backup and recovery processes. Software Understanding: Good understanding of modern backend architectures, REST APIs and clean code principles (ideally with Python). Mindset & Approach: Strong awareness of data protection and information security, a structured and independent approach to work, and a willingness to document technical measures precisely in a regulated environment.
