Toll Collect GmbH ищет инженера DevOps/SRE для обеспечения стабильной эксплуатации критически важного TollNow приложения в Берлине. Вы будете поддерживать высокую доступность и развёртывать обновления через ArgoCD/Helm, управлять Kubernetes/OpenShift и интегрировать Prometheus/Grafana.

Qualificações

You are responsible for the stable operation of this highly available application.

Задачи

• Platform operations and troubleshooting: You ensure the stable operation of platform components, carry out rollouts, and systematically resolve incidents.
• Observability: You continuously improve logging, monitoring, and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana.
• CI/CD and GitOps: You build modern deployment pipelines and deploy applications via ArgoCD and Helm.
• Container infrastructure: You operate containerized applications directly on Red Hat OpenShift or with Kubernetes.
• Automation and tooling: You develop internal tools and automate operational tasks with Java, Python, or Bash.
• Team collaboration: You coordinate closely with Product Owners and development teams and take on technical on-call duties.

Требования

• Foundation: A completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable field.
• Development and scripting: Sound knowledge of Java and routine use of Bash or Python.
• Platform expertise: Very good knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift (cluster setup) and practical experience with Docker.
• Deployment stack: Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Observability: Familiarity with setting up monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Working style and tooling: Enjoyment of automation and AI tools (e.g. Copilot), as well as experience with Jira/Confluence.
