A-ROSA Sylt is seeking a Deputy SPA Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the aja-SPA and wellness area on the island of Sylt. You will coordinate bookings, welcome guests, and provide expert guidance while upholding high standards of hygiene, safety and guest care.

You will lead the spa team, coach colleagues, manage budgets, and drive workshops and events to maintain strong occupancy and guest satisfaction. A passion for wellness and sustainability is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training programme in cosmetics, beauty and wellness
• Relevant professional experience in similar roles
• Experience in holiday and leisure hospitality (ideally)
• Business management skills and industry knowledge
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook; TAC software experience preferred
• Solution-oriented and innovative approach while maintaining high quality
• Interest in wellness, health and wellbeing beyond work
• Discretion and tact in guest interactions

• You are responsible for ensuring that operations and administration run smoothly at the aja-SPA and wellness area

• You’re a role model, coach and motivator – you support your team in developing and nurturing their talents
• You’re responsible for staying within budget, compiling statistics and reports, and ensuring good occupancy rates in your area through workshops and special events
• Through presentations in the ‘Forum’ or special workshops, you enable our guests to experience the diversity of the NIVEA brand and spark their curiosity about our aja-SPA

What you bring to the table

• You have successfully completed a training programme in the field of cosmetics, beauty and wellness, as well as relevant professional experience in similar roles
• Ideally, you will have experience in the holiday and leisure hospitality sector
• Business management skills and in-depth knowledge of the industry
• You are familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook; ideally, you have experience with the TAC software
• You take a solution-oriented and innovative approach to your work, whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of quality
• You are interested in wellness, health, sport and wellbeing outside of work too
• You support your colleagues and are fully committed to your work
• Thanks to your discretion and tact, every guest can feel at ease
