A-ROSA Resorts Sylt is seeking a Personnel Coordinator to drive HR administration, rota management, and onboarding across the hotel on the beautiful island of Sylt. You will ensure compliance with working hours, support recruiting efforts, and handle onboarding and offboarding with care.

• Monitor working hours across the hotel to ensure statutory compliance.

• You will be responsible for all HR administration processes in collaboration with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
• You will manage and monitor the hotel’s rota using the existing system
• You will monitor working hours across the entire hotel, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• New colleagues? You’ll handle the recruitment process as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
• Is an employee leaving? – You’ll prepare and carry out the entire offboarding process

What sets you apart

• Several years’ professional experience in human resources management, ideally in the hospitality sector or other industries
• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources management and/or further training in business administration would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills, a team spirit and absolute discretion
• Outstanding organisational skills, a structured approach to work and confidence in using MS Office applications
• The ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
