A-ROSA Sylt is seeking a Bar Supervisor (m/f/d) to manage the bar and lounge on the island of Sylt. You will lead service, help design drinks menus, advise guests on drinks and food, and drive guest satisfaction and sales.

• Assist in creating drinks menus (recipes and costing)
• Advise guests on drink and food selections to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor sales and implement promotions

• Ensure compliance with work area guidelines
• Support and coordinate for special events
