A-ROSA Kurhaus Binz is seeking a Deputy F&B Manager to lead and optimise our catering operations at the Kurhaus Binz, located on the Baltic coast. You will support the F&B Manager in financial and personnel management, ensuring smooth operation of all outlets and the banqueting department while driving innovative and sustainable F&B offerings.

The role requires a completed catering qualification or a degree in business administration or hotel management, along with several years of experience

• Completed vocational qualification in catering and/or a degree in business administration or hotel management.
• Several years’ professional experience with initial management experience.
• Professional and motivating leadership style; strong guest focus.

Aufgaben

• Assist the F&B Manager with financial and personnel management of catering areas.
• Ensure smooth operation of all F&B outlets and the banqueting department.
• Monitor budget/forecast and contribute to achieving company objectives.
• Contribute to development of F&B offerings in line with health-focused and sustainable guidelines.
• Support staff development and cross-departmental process improvements.
• Monitor F&B costs and cost of goods sold; ensure optimal staff deployment.

• Assist our F&B Manager with the financial and personnel management of the catering areas
• You ensure and actively support the smooth running of all F&B outlets and the banqueting department.
• Take measures to ensure compliance with the current budget/forecast and share responsibility for the implementation of the company’s objectives.
• You will play an active role in the innovative development of the F&B offering, taking into account A-ROSA’s guidelines regarding a health-focused and sustainable approach.
• You will support staff development and advancement within the F&B department.
• You will continuously contribute to cross-departmental process optimisation.
  You keep a close eye on F&B costs and cost of goods sold.
• You ensure optimal staff deployment planning across all departments within the division.
