Zusammenfassung

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is seeking a detail-minded professional to manage demonstration equipment in SAP from order to delivery in an international context. You will ensure accurate processing and timely delivery across markets.

You will coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics, handle invoicing for contract fees and related activities, and maintain meticulous records in SAP-ERP and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP R/3 modules.
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of international import/export regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Good prioritisation and planning skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle demonstration equipment in SAP from order to delivery across international context.
• Administer and follow up on demo processes, including SAP-ERP order booking, delivery and return.
• Coordinate shipment delivery requirements with Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics.
• Invoice contract fees and other product marketing related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling demonstration equipment in SAP from order to delivery in international context
• Administration and follow-up of the demo processes e.g. order booking (SAP-ERP), delivery and return
• Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics departments
• invoicing of contract fees & other product marketing related activities

Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

• Proficient in German and English
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and SAP ERP systems
• SAP R/3 experience of min. 2 years (modules: Sales and distribution, materials management)
• Experience in inventory management systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of international import/export regulations
• Attention to detail and analytical skills,
• Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
