You will coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders and authorities, review documents, classify HS codes, and help optimize processes while ensuring compliance.

Customs Operations(Clearance & Transshipment)

What You'll Do

• Handle full-cycle customs declaration & clearance for import and export goods to guarantee smooth customs release.
• Review and organize customs documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, contract, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to resolve clearance issues.
• Track customs declaration progress; handle abnormalities including inspection, document amendment and supplementary duty payment.
• Ensure import & export operations comply with customs regulations and trade rules to mitigate compliance risks.
• Maintain customs ledgers and update declaration records and logistics status.
• Assist with tariff calculation, HS code classification and relevant cost accounting.
• Analyze clearance lead time and abnormal cases, and propose process optimization suggestions.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and supply chain teams for smooth goods warehousing.

About You

• Industry Experience: At least 3 years
• Relevant Role Experience: At least 3 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English
• Professional Competencies: Candidates majoring in logistics, international trade or customs declaration are preferred. Must have hands-on import and export customs clearance experience, be familiar with clearance procedures, customs policies, tariffs, VAT and Incoterms, and proficient in Excel. Prior experience in European import, overseas warehouse operations and ERP/WMS/TMS systems, plus relevant professional certificates are preferred. Strong coordination skills, meticulous, responsible, resilient under pressure and able to resolve operational abnormalities promptly.
