• Develop and implement strategies to improve 3PL efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with 3PL providers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of 3PL operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, IT to integrate 3PL processes into the supply chain.
• Analyze logistics data to forecast demands and optimize inventory management with 3PL partners.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, warehousing, and customs regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations with 3PL providers promptly.
• Participate in selection and onboarding of new 3PL partners as needed.
