Zusammenfassung

Mom's Meals is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Germany to build and maintain strong relationships with customers within our healthcare meal delivery program. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and steady communication across teams.

You will conduct regular operational check-ins, drive issue resolution, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure renewals and growth while supporting a compassionate, team-oriented culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
