Plenful is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to oversee health indicators, usage and ROI analyses, and business reviews with health systems clients. You will be the primary contact from implementation kickoff, building strong relationships and guiding adoption.

You will oversee implementations for new use cases and collaborate with the technical team on configurations, aiming to reduce churn and increase satisfaction in a healthcare SaaS setting.

Qualifikationen
