YOUR IMPACT

As our Customer Service Agent to strengthen our customer experience and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for handling rental inquiries, providing high-quality service, and supporting our teams and customers with day-to-day coordination tasks.

Your responsibilities include :
  • Handle rental inquiries from customers of all sizes.
  • Perform customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Manage and update data in our systems to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with workshops, commercial teams, and customers to coordinate agreements and service delivery
  • Monitor and work towards achieving customer service KPIs.
  • Represent PNO’s values in every interaction, bringing forward a mindset of professionalism and customer service excellence.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and the overall customer journey.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Strong sense of responsibility and structure.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in a service organization or with customer service ticket tools (e.g. Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Experience working with customer service KPIs.
  • Proficient in English and / or Swedish / Finnish / German (spoken and written).
