At Circus, we’re redefining food with autonomous kitchens powered by robotics and AI. From culinary creation to production and operations, everything runs on seamlessly integrated automation. We’re rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany, together with some of the country’s leading partners in retail and food. To make it happen, we’re building a hands‑on team of Deployment & Operations Managers to lead site launches and drive local execution.
As a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist, you’re the local expert ensuring smooth daily operations of our robotic kitchen while delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll be the face of Circus for customers, addressing questions or feedback and making sure every dish leaves our kitchen perfectly. When something doesn’t go as planned, you’ll know how to diagnose the issue—whether that means a software glitch, a hardware reset, or an ingredient replacement. It’s a mix of hands‑on work, active problem‑solving, and customer interaction.
