Your tasks

• Preparing and arranging dishes for the respective items
• Checking deliveries of goods for quality, completeness and freshness
• Proper storage and labeling of food according to HACCP specifications
• Preparation and planning for the next day, e.g. mise en place and menu arrangements
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes in the kitchen
