Hotel Louis C. Jacob Hamburg, a 5‑star property on the Elbchaussee, seeks a Head Chef (m/f/d) to lead the kitchen with passion for exceptional guest experiences. You will drive menu development, uphold top quality, and manage costs and compliance while mentoring staff in a warm, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a chef and several years of professional/managerial kitchen experience
• In-depth knowledge of modern and classic cuisine and stock management
• Strong creativity and passion for high‑quality, innovative cuisine
• Professional, warm manner in dealings with staff and guests
• High commitment, flexibility and sense of responsibility for quality
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on quality
• Fluent in German and English

• Responsibility for ensuring that operational and administrative processes run smoothly throughout the kitchen area
