Falcon Green is seeking a Contracts Manager for its data centre division, with a strong pipeline in Germany. The role reports to Board level and demands the ability to lead and deliver complex, mission-critical schemes safely, on time and within budget.

Applicants may come from CSA, M&E or general contracting backgrounds; strong operational management and a good grasp of bidding and preconstruction are advantageous. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position based in Frankfurt.

Contracts Manager Requirements:

1. Previous experience working in a Contracts Manager role is beneficial, however, candidates looking to take a step up into the role from a Project Manager position are welcome.

3. Having strong operational management is key for this role but knowledge of bidding and preconstruction activities is also a benefit.
