Capstone Recruitment UK in Berlin is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major data centre project. You will oversee pre-construction through handover, manage programme, budget, safety and quality, and coordinate with client, consultants and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements and industry best practice.

The Role

An experienced Project Director is required to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Berlin. The role carries overall responsibility for the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover, covering programme, commercial performance, safety, quality and client management.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary project team and coordinate closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors, supply-chain partners and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrable experience leading large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous.
