OMMAX GmbH in Munich seeks an experienced consultant to advise leading financial investors on Tech, Data and AI due diligences, shaping buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will structure analyses, communicate findings, and co-develop value creation opportunities for portfolio companies while managing stakeholders and project timelines.

You will design target operating models and assess investments, with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Very good university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• First professional experience with focus on technology consulting, transaction advisory, or digital strategy/transformation.
• Preferably experience in software development and/or machine learning model development.
• Ideally experience in the M&A advisory environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in evaluating complex, technology-driven business models.
• Understanding of the impact of technology on scalability and product-market fit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented, highly motivated, and curious team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

What we require:
