Qualifications

• Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• First professional experience in strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and investors on due diligence reports for buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Analyse and challenge business models for PE clients across industries and markets.
• Contribute to strategic value creation and equity stories for portfolio companies.
• Identify consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions.
• Assess the strategic impact of AI on business models and value creation.
• Collaborate with digital and data strategy experts, combining strategy with implementation.
• Prepare presentations for client projects.
• Participate in workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process development.

What we require:

• You have an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; (Master’s degree preferred).
• Youhave gained first professional experience in a strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• You bring strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
• You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with strong intrinsic motivation and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
