Job summary

OMMAX GmbH is looking for a senior consultant to advise management on commercial, digital, and data due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions. You will conduct digital business-model analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context and help develop equity stories and value-creation initiatives for portfolio companies.

You will identify advisory needs, structure problems, and craft solutions, while analyzing AI’s impact on business models.

Qualifications

• Master’s/MBA or equivalent in business/tech fields
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital strategy consulting, transaction advisory or digital marketing
• Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech or AI
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Service-oriented and communicative team player with passion for your work
• Fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus

• You advise management in the development of commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence reports for both buy- and sell-side transactions.
• You conduct (digital) business models analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.
• You support in developing equity stories and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
• You identify client's advisory needs, structure the problem and assist in developing solutions.
• You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
• You maintain close cross-project collaboration with our internal digital expert teams.
• You prepare presentations for client projects.
• You are responsible for core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses and process development for both external and internal projects.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• You have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
• You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
