Die Wagner Group GmbH sucht eine fachlich versierte Führungskraft für Bauleitung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik in Hamburg. Sie koordinieren Planung, Bauabläufe und Materialbereitstellung und tragen Verantwortung für die termingerechte Umsetzung.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Elektronik- oder Mechatronik-Ausbildung sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in technischer Brand- bzw. Brandmeldetechnik mit. Führungsverantwortung und Baustellenerfahrung runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik bzw. Mechatronik.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre fachliche Erfahrung im technischen Brand‑ bzw. Brandmeldetechnik, z.B. in der Installation oder Wartung von Sicherheitssystemen.
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und persönliches Engagement.
• Sie haben erste Erfahrungen in Bauleitungs- bzw. Baustellenmanagement und Führungsverantwortung.

Responsibilities

• Kontinuierlicher Abgleich der Arbeits- und Montageplanung mit den Bedingungen auf der Baustelle, Berichte bei Abweichungen gemäß technischen Vorgaben.
• Kontrolle und Überwachung von Bauprozessen; Koordination mit Projektteam und Auftraggeber.
• Aufsicht und Monitoring der Subunternehmerleistungen.
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs durch termingerechte Materialanfragen.
• Einhaltung von Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Umwelt- und Versicherungsrichtlinien.

What you can expect from us

• Continuous comparison of the work and assembly planning (WMP) with the conditions on the construction site, reports in case of deviations with regard to technical specifications (applicable guidelines, manufacturer specifications)
• Continuous comparison of planned service provision with the service target owed, identification of potential for margin improvement and timely information of the sales department for calculation of supplementary offers
• Recognition and recording of disruptions in the construction process, documentation within the framework of obstruction management and enforcement of claims against the client
• Avoidance of liability and warranty claims
• Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of construction processes
• Ensuring a trouble-free construction process by requesting materials in time
• Ensure the execution of construction work in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Personnel requirements planning in coordination with the project manager
• Monitoring and acceptance of subcontractor services
• Technical and disciplinary management of the assemblers
• Compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and insurance laws and regulations

What characterizes you

• You have completed vocational training in the area of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• At least 3 years of specialized professional experience in technical fire protection, e.g. in the installation or maintenance of safety systems
• Structured and independent way of working
• High degree of customer orientation, sense of responsibility and personal commitment
• You have initial experience in construction site management and have already gained some leadership experience
