Job summary

avitea GmbH, based in Lippstadt, seeks a Construction Manager (m/f/d) to lead industrial dismantling projects. You will coordinate with clients, government agencies and internal departments, plan construction sequences, supervise sites, and manage billing and change orders.

Ideal candidates have substantial experience in construction management, deep knowledge of VOB and BGB, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Our prestigious client company in the recycling industry, based in Lippstadt, needs your help. We are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• Communication and coordination with clients, government agencies, and internal departments
• Close collaboration with the project cost estimation team to prepare bids
• Independent planning, management, coordination, supervision, acceptance, and billing of construction projects
• Preparation of risk assessments, construction sequence plans, and construction schedules
• Implementation and monitoring of workplace safety
• Detailed preparation of new and upcoming projects
• Resource planning for personnel, materials, and equipment to execute projects
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the construction site team
• Training and instructing foremen and construction site personnel
• Contracting and organizing subcontractor services
• Documentation of the project process; preparation of quantity surveys in close collaboration with the back office
• Quality, cost, and schedule control
• Defining and implementing optimization measures
• Management of change orders with expert knowledge of the VOB and BGB
• Conducting feedback meetings after project completion
