Zusammenfassung

Wagner Group GmbH sucht eine/n Projektmanager/in (m/w/d) für Technischen Brandschutz. In dieser Position planen, steuern und kontrollieren Sie Bauprozesse, optimieren Kosten und koordinieren Subunternehmerleistungen sowie Materialien. Sie berichten an das Management und arbeiten eng mit Site-Teams zusammen.

Wir erwarten eine technische Ausbildung oder Meisterqualifikation mit mind. 2 Jahren Erfahrung, sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, idealerweise Führungsverantwortung.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre fachliche Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Umgebung
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprozessen
• Identifikation von Kostensenkungspotenzialen bei Subunternehmerleistungen und Materialien
• Entwicklung und Aktualisierung eines termingerechten und kostenoptimierten Projektplans
• Technische Leitung von Bauleitern und Monteuren sowie Personal- und Materialbedarfsplanung
• Gewährleistung einer mängelfreien Abnahme durch Kunde, Sachverständige bzw. weitere Behörden

What you can expect from us

• Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring construction processes
• Identification of additional cost optimization potential for subcontractor services and materials
• Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimized project schedule and ensuring comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at all times
• Technical management of site managers and fitters (m/f/d) as well as ongoing personnel and material requirements planning
• Ensuring and carrying out defect-free acceptance by the client, expert or in the case of further official acceptance procedures

What characterizes you

• Training in a technical field with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, alternatively a degree with a technical focus
• At least 2 years of specialist professional experience in a technical environment
• Knowledge of project management and confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office
• Ideally management experience in a comparable position
• Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation
• Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
