Your responsibilities:

• Construction supervision in accordance with Service Phase 8 of HOAI §53 for the building services trades (heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing) or building automation and control systems.

You should meet the following requirements:

• Technician, master craftsman, or a degree in building services engineering/technical building equipment or building automation/measurement and control technology, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project planning and construction management in the aforementioned fields
• At least one construction project successfully managed and brought through to final acceptance
• Very good knowledge of the VOB
• A structured, methodical, and dedicated approach to work
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel (nationwide projects throughout Germany)
