Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a large-scale project in Germany. You will manage on-site construction and assembly activities and coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project management.

We require a background in steel construction, offshore or heavy industry, plus strong leadership, planning and cost-control capabilities. Fluency in Dutch and English, willingness to work on site and abroad, and relevant VCA certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Manager or Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience in steel construction, offshore or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of construction processes, planning and cost control.
• Willing to work on site, also abroad; fluent in Dutch and English.
• Certifications: VCA VOL and VCA Basis; NEBOSH if applicable.

For a large-scale industrial construction project in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager. You will manage the construction and assembly activities on site and are the linchpin between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project management. A great assignment of 12+ months in which you can fully deploy your experience in steel construction or heavy industry.
