NRL is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee major on-site projects across Germany. This role requires ownership, quality and safety focus, and effective coordination of subcontractors.

You will work with the Project Manager to review progress, manage site reporting, and ensure compliance with contracts, budgets and regulations, including fire safety. The position offers permanent employment and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
• Valid construction licence permitting Germany.
• Minimum 3 years on-site construction management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Full driving licence (Category B).
• Strong organisational and analytic skills.

We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee major construction projects across Germany. Client Overview

Our client is an established general contractor delivering large-scale industrial, logistics and specialist construction projects across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on site to ensure compliance with contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and multiple construction disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise daily with suppliers and subcontractors, managing commercial and contractual discussions where required.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress reviews and reporting.
• Ensure all works comply with site regulations, safety standards and legal requirements, including fire safety.
• Manage reporting, documentation and administrative duties connected to project delivery.

Must-have Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Valid construction licence entitling you to manage construction works in Germany.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally on large industrial or logistics sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Full driving licence (Category B).
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy, independence, and ownership in assigned duties.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Knowledge of BIM and digital construction tools, including AI-supported technologies.
