Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan Ireland is seeking an Area Construction Manager to oversee delivery across Germany and the Central Europe region. You will provide strategic leadership to multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution while supporting growth and client relationships.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field and proven project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments or Structural Steel.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic construction leadership, governance and oversight across multiple concurrent projects throughout the Germany & Central Europe region.
• Manage and coordinate projects from completion of prefabrication through to completion of installation.
• Develop understanding of forthcoming projects, associated contracts and engage with clients in advance of installations to understand requirements to operate on site and confirm logistical arrangements.
• Confirm installation programmes with clients and actively monitor throughout installations.
