Zusammenfassung

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of large-scale projects in Frankfurt. You will coordinate subcontractors and trade contractors to meet programme milestones while ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will manage multidisciplinary interfaces between Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP teams, review drawings and work packages, and lead site inspections.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as Construction Manager, Superintendent or Bauleiter on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering Data Centre or other Mission Critical projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction activities and package coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a live construction environment.
• Excellent leadership, planning and organisational skills.
• Fluent German and good working knowledge of English.

Aufgaben

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve site issues proactively.
• Coordinate activities between Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP teams to minimise clashes.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and work packages prior to execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing and workforce planning.
• Promote and enforce a strong Health & Safety culture on site.
• Chair daily coordination meetings with project management, design, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Identify programme risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support testing, commissioning and final handover activities where required.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
