We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a 50 MW Solar Plant in Frankfurt, Germany. Contract Type: Freelance / Self-Employed. This is an exciting, on-site opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking renewable energy project in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers & engineering teams
• Ensure HSE compliance and regulatory standards
• Report regularly on project progress & resolve site issues efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent English + B2 German strongly preferred
• Experience in Solar PV or BESS projects (Massive Advantage)
• Full-time availability on-site (November 2025 – February 2027)
• EU passport or valid German work rights
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of German construction regulations
• Proven track record in renewable energy construction projects
