Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Completions Coordinator for a major onshore energy infrastructure project in Büttel, Germany. The role focuses on managing completions activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring quality documentation throughout construction and commissioning.

You will track punch lists, oversee handover dossiers, and ensure compliance with API/ISO standards while guiding junior staff and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of completions experience within EPCI, energy, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing completions systems, handover dossiers, and turnover documentation.
• Knowledge of industry standards including API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM.
• Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes.
• Experience using completions tracking and documentation software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and risk management requirements within large-scale projects.
