Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Senior Completions Specialist to lead onshore completion plans and ensure regulatory compliance within EPCI projects. Based at the residential site in Germany, you will coordinate across project teams and mentor junior colleagues to uphold quality and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in completions management, strong knowledge of API/ASME/ISO standards, and proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects.
• Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation.

Job Overview

The Senior Completions Specialist (OnsCon) uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Completions (OnsCon) discipline. This role acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and shares conceptual and practical expertise related to the Completions (OnsCon) discipline. The Senior Completions Specialist (OnsCon) solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve products or services. The role impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Completions (OnsCon) team and other related teams, ensuring work is performed within the appropriate guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
