Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead multi-site implementations, train customers, and drive adoption of healthcare software solutions.

You will coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, mentor teammates, and ensure quality systems compliance while traveling up to 50% to support USCAN customers.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical applications, implementation, healthcare technology, or customer training experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations and training programs.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in USCAN to support customer and team needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
  • Desirable: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), RT(N), PET certification, or equivalent clinical credential.
  • Desirable: Previous team lead, supervisor, mentoring, or people leadership experience.
  • Desirable: Experience developing training programs, onboarding curricula, and process documentation.
  • Desirable: Experience with quality improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Aufgaben

  • Manage Clinical Applications Specialist project assignments and workload distribution.
  • Coordinate customer training schedules, go-lives, workflow assessments, and implementation activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve implementation milestones.
  • Forecast resource needs and provide escalation support for complex customer situations.
  • Conduct site audits assessing implementation quality, customer readiness, workflow adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Review implementation documentation, deliverables, customer outcomes, feedback, surveys, and adoption metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems, implementation procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Develop corrective action plans when quality gaps are identified.
  • Lead onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and development of new Clinical Applications Specialists.
  • Design and deliver ongoing product, clinical, workflow, and process training.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success on product-update training.
  • Lead team meetings, operational reviews, office hours, and issue resolution.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Own and govern Clinical Applications process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, templates, and implementation tools.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and establish metrics and reporting mechanisms.
