- Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Maternal Infant Care modality
- Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians obtain optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment
- Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers
- Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements
- Collaborate with customers, sales, project management, and service organization teams to coordinate customer training
- Deliver on-site or remote clinical education
- Complete documentation requirements from pre-training through post-training
- Provide post-installation training and support, including training for product enhancements
- Maintain customer relationships and communicate product or customer concerns and opportunities to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams
- Manage travel and lodging budgets, optimize travel strategies, submit expense reports, and maintain complete records
- Travel nationally, up to 100%
Requirements
- 4 years of direct patient care in the Labor & Delivery setting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active registered nursing license
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 100% (4–5 days per week including some weekends), within the United States and Canada via multiple modes of transportation
- Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools
- Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions
- Experience using the GE HealthCare Novii Wireless Patch System Fetal Monitor is desired
- Previous experience conducting education for adult learners is desired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
