- Provide clinical sales support for Optowire and SavvyWire and support adoption of future products
- Report to the Regional Clinical Manager and partner with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams
- Provide case coverage within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support case coverage and clinical outcomes
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
- Discuss product, therapy, and technology developments with customers during procedures
- Link clinical data to key messaging
- Meet existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and provide product-based solutions
- Communicate account information to the sales team daily
- Share competitive product and account insights with colleagues
- Educate customers on product merits and proper clinical usage
- Oversee local education and training activities, including program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, customers, and staff
- Monitor product inventory levels
- Contribute to projected sales goals, company objectives, and sales revenue
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent medical training required
- 2+ years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or similar settings
- Strong clinical orientation
- Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery preferred
- Medical device industry experience preferred
- Health science and appropriate registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of assigned company products and services, associated clinical evidence, and relevant disease states
- Understanding of product positioning, basic competitive landscape, and territory needs
- Ability to persuasively communicate and tailor the Sensor-Guided Technology Value Proposition
- Analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical orientation
- Ability to maintain working relationships while handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports
- Thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base
- Previous industry experience preferably in the cardiovascular space
- Previous experience with vessel closure preferred
- Previous experience providing clinical education and training preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office systems
