Jobtailor in Germany seeks an Order Management specialist to own end-to-end order processing for high-value clients. You will manage new orders, reorders, and change requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while acting as a subject matter expert on promotional products.

Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising to craft non-standard proposals and provide consulting solutions addressing client business needs, delivering delivery-status updates and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• HS/GED and 4 years of experience, or Tech Cert and 2 years of experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 4 years of Customer Service experience, consulting with clients (preferred)
• Highly developed knowledge of promotional products and solutions
• Ability to provide solution recommendations and consult with clients
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals
