Job summary

ZeKju GmbH is a Munich-based, hybrid-working B2B SaaS startup rewriting road freight communications through popular messaging apps. You will work directly with the founders to turn data into decisions, drive key initiatives, and raise the bar on internal execution.

You’ll partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to structure launches, resolve urgent customer issues, and optimize processes, while building leadership-ready materials for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a high-growth startup, founder’s office, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or operating role.
• Demonstrates initiative and can progress with minimal direction.
• Quickly grasps new areas such as logistics, AI, sales, data or operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the founders’ priority initiatives and turn questions into structured projects with owners and milestones.
• Prepare high-quality decisions by analyzing data, talking to customers, challenging assumptions, and delivering concise recommendations.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to launch, unblock deals, improve processes, or resolve urgent issues.
• Strengthen leadership communication by preparing meetings, financial models, and materials for boards/investors.
• Build operating rhythm to improve how ZeKju operates, prioritizes, and uses AI to move faster.
• Balance speed and precision, spotting risks early and removing obstacles.

You'll work directly with ZeKju’s founders on the company’s most important opportunities and challenges. From strategy and fundraising to operations, you turn data into decisions, drive key initiatives, handle critical customer situations and raise the bar on internal execution.

• Mission: We’re revolutionizing road freight communication, digitalizing one of the world’s largest industries by leveraging the world’s most favorite apps: WhatsApp, iMessages, Android Messages, Telegram and Viber.

• Proof: 70+ paying customers, incl. Dachser, Hellmann, and Coca-Cola EP. Backed by 20VC and Supply Chain Ventures.

• Market: €500bn road freight, low software penetration - SaaS and AI leverage potential.

What you will do

• Drive the founders’ priority initiatives: Turn ambiguous strategic questions into structured projects with clear owners, momentum, and measurable outcomes.

• Prepare high-quality decisions: Analyze data, speak with customers and teammates, challenge assumptions, and deliver concise recommendations.

• Execute across functions: Work hands-on with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering on topics such as structuring a launch, unblocking a deal, improving a process, or resolving an urgent customer issue.

• Strengthen leadership communication: Prepare leadership meetings, financial models, board and investor materials; manage key external stakeholders.

• Build the operating rhythm: Improve how ZeKju operates, prioritizes, follows through, and uses AI and automation to move faster.

• Balance speed and precision: Know when 80/20 progress is enough, and when high-detail execution matters. Spot risks early and remove obstacles.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience: 2-5 years in a high-growth startup, founder’s office, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or an operating role.

• High agency: You don’t wait for a detailed brief; you identify what matters and make progress independently.

• Fast learner: You build credibility in unfamiliar areas such as logistics, AI, sales, data or operations within days or weeks.

• Analytical rigor with practical judgment: You can build a model, but you also know when talking to five customers is the better move.

• Strong communicator: You translate complex topics into clear, actionable language in both German and English.

• Industry curiosity: You want to understand the industry through frontline customer contact and influence the success of selected high-priority projects.

• Team player: You are energized by a small, ambitious team where your work visibly changes the company’s trajectory.
