Job summary

ZeKju in Munich seeks a skilled logistics optimization consultant to analyze complex customer processes and define the optimal ZeKju solution. You will translate requirements into scalable product and integration concepts in collaboration with Product and Engineering, owning selected product areas and leveraging AI to accelerate planning.

The role offers a hybrid setup with on-site presence in Munich and a path into ZeKju’s Sales Engineering function, plus a sponsored EGYM Wellpass.

Qualifications

• Several years in process management, IT consulting, product ownership, or similar ideally in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong analytical skills — top-down thinker, doesn’t miss details or drown in them.
• Good understanding of technical setups (REST API, SFTP, EDI, etc.). Familiarity with logistic processes and/or systems is a plus.
• Comfortable running multi-stakeholder projects across customers, vendors and internal teams.
• German and English fluency are required; other languages are a plus.
• Bonus: warehouse/yard process knowledge, MINT/WIING education, or background from a fast-growth tech company.

You’re the person we bring in when a customer’s logistics setup doesn’t fit our standard playbook. You dive into processes, TMS and logistic environments most teams can’t touch and build out an approach. You’ll work across Sales, Product and lean on automation wherever it saves you time.
