DO&CO sucht einen erfahrenen Koch/ eine erfahrene Köchin zur eigenständigen Zubereitung japanischer Speisen der First- und Business-Class in einer luxuriösen Airline-Catering-Einheit. Sie gewährleisten Qualität, Konsistenz und Präzision bei jeder Platte.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Prüfung von Waren und Lebensmitteln, die Einhaltung von HACCP-Standards sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team und tragen zum erstklassigen Service bei.

Qualifications

• Berufserfahrung in japanischer Küche und Feinkost.
• Wissen über japanische Küche und Produkte.
• Idealerweise abgeschlossene Koch Ausbildung.
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
• Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse.
