DO & CO Munich production unit hires an experienced chef to independently cook, produce and prepare Asian first and business class dishes, delivering top-tier quality for luxury airline catering.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Asian cuisine and in the preparation of traditional Asian dishes at fine dining level.
• Asian dishes and product knowledge of Asian cuisine expected.
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Good knowledge of German and/or English.
