Zusammenfassung

Cloudity is seeking German-speaking Project Managers to lead mid- to large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will drive projects with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods while coordinating with clients and teams across borders.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and KPIs, present to C-level executives, and produce detailed reports. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk mitigation, and proactive collaboration to maximize business value.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in implementation projects (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira.
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level.
• Fluent Polish and English (written & spoken).
• Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.

• Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools)
