Job summary

TÜV SÜD AG in München is seeking a Change Manager (m/f/d) to drive large-scale Business & IT and ERP transformation initiatives. You will develop change strategies, align stakeholders, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, ERP implementations, process reengineering).
• Knowledge of change management frameworks.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, training and facilitation.
• Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages.
• Experience in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments.
• Ability to work in highly dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
