Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg/Finkenwerder eine/n Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/w/d) im Einkauf. Sie steuern Lieferungen von BFE/SFE-Kabineausstattung und arbeiten eng mit Airbus Delivery Center zusammen.

Sie verfügen über ein Studium in Supply Chain/Logistik oder vergleichbar, Berufserfahrung in Lieferantenmanagement und Kabinenausstattung sowie SAP-/Google-Workspace-Kenntnisse. Die Stelle erfordert Deutsch fließend und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain/Logistik oder technischem Bereich oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain/Logistik, Lieferantenmanagement, Aircraft Construction und Line Side Support.
• Erfahrung im Kabinen- bzw. Innenausbau wünschenswert.
• Fundierte SAP- und Google-Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
• Bereitschaft zur 2-Schicht-Arbeit (1:00–20:30 Uhr alle 3–4 Wochen).

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Kabinenausstattung in enger Abstimmung mit der Final Assembly Line und dem Airbus Delivery Center.
• Risikominderung, Abhilfemaßnahmen und Recovery-Planung.
• Teilnahme an operativen Meetings und transparente Berichte/KPIs.
• Bearbeitung aller Kabinenausstehende Arbeiten mit lokalen On-Site-Teams, Eskalation offener Items.
• Identifikation systematischer Probleme und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Ansprechpartner für BFE- und SFE-Lieferantenmanagement gemäß gültiger Vorgaben.
• Sicherstellung der Prozess-Compliance von Lieferanten zur Kundenzufriedenheit.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer you are acting as Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/f/d) as part of the Procurement Organization at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder. In this position you will manage all issues related to deliveries of BFE and SFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment and Seller Furnished Equipment) cabin equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring availability for cabin furnishing in close collaboration with Final Assembly Line and Airbus Delivery Center (ADC)
• Mitigating risks, implementing corrective actions and driving recovery plans
• Joining operational meetings regularly to provide full transparency through reports and key performance indicators
• Managing all cabin outstanding work activities with the local on-site support teams whereas blocking items need to be escalated to the respective supplier homebase
• Identifying systematic issues and trigger containment and eradication actions
• Being the focal point for BFE and SFE supplier management according to valid procedures
• Ensure process adherence of our suppliers to support customer satisfaction in terms of cabin

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, a Technical field or comparable
• Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistic, Supplier Management, Aircraft Construction and Line Side Support
• Experience in the field of cabin or interior design desirable
• Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written
• Willingness to work on a 2-shift schedule. Every 3-4 weeks, there is a shift change from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
