Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht für die Aviation-Einheit am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder eine Procurement Integrity Managerin / Manager (m/w/d). Sie steuern ethische Belange und Compliance im Beschaffungswesen und arbeiten eng mit Rechtsabteilungen zusammen, um gesetzliche Vorgaben sicherzustellen.

Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Beschaffungsrecht, Compliance-Erfahrung und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Reisebereitschaft weltweit wird erwartet.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechts- oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung und Recht.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance ist vorteilhaft.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Richtlinie Code of Conduct sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Kenntnisse der Google Workspace-Anwendungen.

Responsibilities

• Anleitung in allen Fragen rund um Ethik & Compliance im Einkauf.
• Unterstützung der ECR-Community im Einkauf.
• Unterstützung bei Identifikation und Lösung von E&C-Fällen im Einkauf.
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Rechtsabteilungen in Airbus-Divisionen.
• Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilungen bei Untersuchungen im Einkauf.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Procurement Integrity Manager (m/f/d) to conduct business in compliance to laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Give guidance in all questions around E&C (Ethics & Compliance) in Procurement
• Support the ECR (Ethics & Compliance Representitives) community in Procurement
• Support the identification and resolution of E&C matters in Airbus Procurement
• Interact with the legal teams in all Airbus Divisions
• Support the legal teams investigations in Procurement related to Open Line alerts
• Lead and give support for awareness sessions, trainings and workshops on all E&C related matters (to Procurement worldwide)
• Support the implementation and fulfilment of compliance controls in Procurement
• Support or lead projects to further implement E&C targets in Procurement
• Support regular reporting of KPI

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in law, business law or acomparable
• Professional experience in Procuerment and Law
• Experience in Compliance is advantageous
• Good knowledge in Change Management
• Knowledge about Code of Conduct is advantageous
• User skills in Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
• French or Spanish skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel (minimum once per quarter, worldwide)
