Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation sucht am Standort Hamburg-Finkenwerder einen Supply Chain & Quality Manager (m/w/d) in einem befristeten Vertrag bis 2028. Sie steuern Beschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement und Qualität, arbeiten eng mit Airbus-Umfeldern zusammen und sichern On-Time-Delivery sowie Kostenkontrolle im Rahmen der After-Sales-Strategie.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beschaffung, Qualitätsmanagement und Projektmanagement mit, arbeiten selbständig, reisen gelegentlich weltweit

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain / Logistik oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement, Qualität/Qualitätssicherung.
• Erfahrung im Airbus-Umfeld ist vorteilhaft.
• Gutes Verständnis von Projektmanagement und Abnahmekriterien.
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft; weltweit, überwiegend Europa.

Aufgaben

• Lieferkette- und Qualitätsaspekte des Vertrags steuern und Leistung (On Time/On Quality) sicherstellen.
• Lieferantenrisiken identifizieren, Gegenmaßnahmen vorschlagen und Recovery-Pläne verfolgen.
• Mit Lieferanten Abnahme, Freigabe und Konformität sicherstellen.
• Beitrag zur Auswahl während Ausschreibungen und Tenderprozessen.
• Unterstützung bei NPI und Transfer of Work zur Gewährleistung industrieller Qualifikation.
• Überwachung von Compliance mit Airbus-/EASA-Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Supply Chain & Quality Manager (m/f/d) within the Ground Support Equipment & Tools department.

This position is a fixed-term position through the end of 2028.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Supply Chain & Quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance
• Identify the supplier industrial risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and follow up short term recovery plans as well as mid term / long term improvement and development plans
• Assess and work with suppliers to ensure the After Sales ramp up
• Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision in the frame of call for tender
• Monitor or support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
• Be in charge of supplier Approval/ Conformity
• Ensure suppliers compliance with Airbus/ EASA requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Suppl Chain, Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Experience in Airbus environment/ suppliers is a plus
• Experience in after-sales and managing recovery plans is a plus
• Good knowledge about Project Management
• Very good user skills in MS-Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• French or Spanish skills are a strong plus
• Willingness for occasional business trips (globally, but mainly within Europe)
