Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht für unseren Kunden Airbus Defence and Space in Immenstaad/Bodensee einen Contract Manager Procurement (m/w/d). Sie entwerfen und prüfen Standardverträge, integrieren Anforderungen aus Wirtschaft, Technik, Recht und Risikomanagement und unterstützen beim Verhandeln mit Lieferanten.

Sie bringen einen Masterabschluss in Recht, Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht und umfangreiche MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit; Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sicher.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Rechtswissenschaften oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Legal Systems
• Erfahrung im Vertragsrecht (Vertragsentwurf und Verhandlung von Beschaffungsverträgen)
• Wirtschaftliches Verständnis, technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrung im Programm- und Lieferantenmanagement im internationalen Kontext
• MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

• Entwurf neuer Standardbeschaffungsverträge unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Anforderungen (wirtschaftlich, kommerziell, technologisch, rechtlich, Risikomanagement)
• Überarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Standardverträge; Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen und deren Durchführung mit Einkaufsfachbereichen
• Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsdokumenten und Verhandlungen während der Vertragslaufzeit mit dem Einkauf
• Unterzeichnung des Vertragsvalidierungsformulars mit zentralen Vertragsparametern
• Vertragsanalysen im Rahmen der Vertragsverwaltung bzw. bei Streitfällen mit Lieferanten
• Fachliche Unterstützung in Vertragsanalyse, -entwurf, -gestaltung und -verhandlungen für Unternehmensbereiche außerhalb des Einkaufs
• Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungen der Procurement Academy; Coaching von Nachwuchs-Einkäufer

Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Contract Manager Procurement (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Immenstaad/Bodensee.

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting of new standard procurement contracts integrating all relevant requirements (e.g. economic, commercial, technological, legal, risk management).
• Revision, optimization, further development of existing standard procurement contracts. Preparation of negotiation; contract drafting and execution of negotiations of contracts together with the procurement commodity buyers.
• Evolution of existing contractual documents: preparation, drafting and negotiation of e.g. complex contract amendments and settlement agreements during the life cycle of the contract together with Procurement Commodity Buyers.
• Signing of the contract validation form which shall content the key elements of the contract (executive summary, main deviations, risks and opportunities of the contract).
• Contractual analysis of agreements during the contract administration phase and/or in case of disagreements / potential forthcoming disputes between Company and suppliers concerning existing procurement contracts.
• Provision of specialized support and expertise in contract analysis, -drafting, - design and - negotiations for Company functions other than Procurement (except aircraft sales contracts). Advising internal stakeholders on contractual implications of internal (improvement) projects (e.g. confidentiality or intellectual property aspects).
• Development of new and further development of existing Procurement Academy trainings; coaching and training-on-the-job of junior buyers in the areas of contracts and negotiations.

Your profile:

• Completed master's degree in law or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in the field of Legal Systems
• Experience in contract law is mandatory (drafting contracts and negotiating procurement contracts)
• Commercial knowledge, a basic technical understanding and experience in program and supplier management in an international context is required
• Familiar with MS-Office
• Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
