CENIS Consulting-Engineering-Service GmbH in Hamburg sucht eine/n Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (d/f/m) im Beschaffungsumfeld zur Steuerung von Lieferungen für BFE/SFE-Kabinequipment. Die Stelle umfasst enge Abstimmung mit FAL und ADC sowie Risikoabbau und Recovery-Pläne.

Sie bringen einen Bachelorabschluss in Informationsmanagement/Logistik mit, Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt, SAP-Kenntnisse und fließendes Englisch mit.

Qualifications

• Bachelorabschluss in Betriebsinformatik, Logistik oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Berufserfahrung in Flugzeugfertigung, Lieferantenmanagement, Linien-Support.
• SAP-Kenntnisse.
• Englisch auf Geschäftsniveau.

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Kabinenausstattung in Zusammenarbeit mit FAL (Final Assembly Line) und ADC (Airbus Delivery Center).
• Risikominderung, Korrekturmaßnahmen und Recovery-Pläne zur zuverlässigen Airbus-Planung.
• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen operativen Meetings und Berichterstattung mit KPIs.
• Verwaltung aller offenen Kabinen-Arbeitsaktivitäten mit lokalen On-site-Teams; Eskalationen an Lieferanten-Hub.
• Identifizierung systematischer Probleme und Einleitung von Containment- und Beseitigungsmaßnahmen.
• Fokussierung auf BFE/SFE-Lieferantenmanagement gemäß gültigen Verfahren.

Job description

You will work as Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (d/f/m) and will be part of the Procurement organization to manage all issues related to delivieries of BFE and SFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment and Seller Furnished Equipment) cabin equipment.

Attention! Work is on a 2-shift system. Every 3-4 weeks, there is a shift change from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Your Tasks will inculde:

• Ensuring availability for cabin furnishing in close collaboration with FAL (Final Assembly Line) and ADC (Airbus Delivery Center)
• Mitigating risks, implementing corrective actions and driving recovery plans to allow a reliabile Airbus planning and to avoid disturbance of the industrial process
• Joining operational meetings regularly to provide full transparency through reports and key performance indicators
• Managing all cabin outstanding work activities with the local on site support teams whereas blocking items need to be escalated to the respective supplier homebase (with support of the Procurement Cabin FAL Interface Supply Management and Supply Chain Quality teams)
• Identifying systematic issues and trigger containment and eradication actions
• Being the focal point for BFE and SFE supplier management according to valid procedures and ensuring process adherence of our suppliers to support customer satisfaction in terms of cabin

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
• Professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, supplier management, line-side support, and supply chain/logistics
• Proficiency in using SAP
• Business-level English proficiency
• Ability to step back and view the subject from a broad perspective
• Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group
• Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation
• Strong communication skills on all working levels
• Flexible and dynamical mindset
